Washington State Ferries Vessel and Terminal Security

Since 2003, Art Anderson Associates has held an exclusive contract with Washington State Ferries (WSF) to provide engineering support services in the installation of security systems at 15 terminals and aboard 20 vessels in the WSF fleet. Our work includes development of drawings and specifications, planning and arrangements, and integration of access control and video surveillence with the existing WSDOT network. Primarily funded by Homeland Security grants, the work will help ensure the safety of WSF personnel and passengers in a time where protection from terrorism is of the utmost priority.
