Equally at home on land or overwater, our architects and engineers are a great bunch of folks who have a tendency to think outside the box. Camaraderie, teamwork, and innovation are the key ingredients that combine to make our projects successful and our clients happy. As a result, we're like a great big family of problem solvers who are very good at what we do. We have electrical and mechanical engineers who are definitely systems thinkers - and who happen to dabble in photography, woodworking, and wild weather boating.

We have civil & structural engineers who figure out how to make sure that your land drains, your systems function from day one, and your buildings stand through earthquakes like a monument to human ingenuity (Is it tough? Oh yeah. Do we like it? Absolutely!). And last, but by no means least, we have those creative geniuses known as architects who can think and act green without the red.   See our work
