Art Anderson Associates supported Martha & Mary Lutheran Services with architectural design support; contract and project management; civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering; and construction management services for the planning, design and construction of a new $1.4-million, 2-story, 10,600 sq ft building housing the Martha & Mary Children's Services Center and Early Learning Center. The lower-level Child Care Facility was designed and constructed to accommodate over 100 children inclusive kitchen, classrooms, and restrooms, while the remaining 5300 sq ft upper level was designed for office space. Inclusive in this community project was the incorporation of parking, landscaping, a children's outdoor play area, nature trail, and utility infrastructure improvements.
