Art Anderson Associates’ services don’t end with design. For over 30 years, we’ve provided project and construction management services for both renovation and new construction. We serve as the owner’s expert throughout the construction phase, leveraging our design and construction experience to ensure the owner’s interests are represented as their project comes to fruition.

Our most enduring client relationship in this market has been with the United States General Services Administration (GSA). We’ve provided construction management support to GSA on term contracts spanning the last twenty years. In that time, we’ve completed more than 500 management tasks representing more than $1 billion in construction cost. These projects have ranged from minor tenant improvement and repair projects to the 23-story, $179 million United States Courthouse in Seattle.

We’ve applied the disciplined, systematic approach used in federal projects to construction management projects with other facility owners. We have successfully managed construction for municipalities, school districts, port districts, housing authorities and other local governments. These services have ranged from pre-design through full 3rd-party construction management. Our work has included building evaluation reports, prospectus development studies, design/constructability reviews, value engineering analyses and pre-construction conferences through final punchlist and commissioning CM services.
