Dams and Fish Passage Facilities

Art Anderson Associates offers a unique combination of marine and facilities expertise that is well-suited to address project challenges for dams and fish passage facilities.  We have successfully served in design, engineering and construciton support roles on more than five Floating Surface Collector (FSC) projects.  These unique facilities provide for downstream fish passage for juvenile salmonids, and are often required as part of Federal relicensing of hydroelectric dam projects.  Utilities and dam owners need an experienced firm to tackle these highly-complex systems, addressing both traditional landside and marine aspects.  Our combination of marine and facilities expertise, and our experience serving on FSC projects offers essential expertise to assist owners in meeting their goals.
