We have a portfolio of hull designs that ranges from monohulls to catamarans to the new Stolkraft hull, for which we are the exclusive U.S. patent-holder. Our naval architects have the breadth and variety of design experience necessary to allow for the selection of the best hull based on a specific vessel's size and purpose. We then match this to the requirements of the personnel who man the vessel. Safety - of course - is the most important aspect of our work. Part of our design process includes hydrodynamic analysis for any structure in the water, including motions analysis to determine the nature of the water at various states and its impact on a floating structure. We all know that the elements can be unpredictable at best and even downright dangerous, that's why we perform damage assessments and survivability calculations for grounded ships or worst-case scenarios for the prevention of catastrophes. While safety and functionality are of primary concern, form and aesthetics are given due consideration as well, making our vessels not only safe, but also efficient and pleasant to live, work, or play on.
