Norm Dicks Government Center
Art Anderson Associates provided the Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority (KCCHA) with construction management services for the $25 million Norm Dicks Government Center in Bremerton. Services included on-site representation, change order assistance, agency coordination and schedule review. The facility houses a number of public agency tenants, including the offices of Congressman Norm Dicks, Mayor Cary Bozeman, Kitsap County Health District, City of Bremerton and others.
