Pioneer Courthouse Seismic Upgrade and Rehabilitation

Art Anderson Associates provided construction management services for the $20 million seismic upgrade and rehabilitation of the historic Pioneer Courthouse in Portland. The project entailed the installation of a state-of-the-art base isolation system that will protect the structure in an earthquake. It also included significant historical restoration of the 1897 structure. Our representative served as the point of contact for all of the owner's design and construction issues, performed on-site inspections and managed the owner's budget. More Information (PDF)
