Ship Lofting and Integrated Design

Because of the compatibility of our design tools as our vessel design proceeds to its conclusion, we are able to bring the vessel model into Ship Constructor, the industry's leading tool for integrated design of ships. In Ship Constructor we are able to build in all structural components, piping systems, and major equipment and display this all together. As material properties and sizes and equipment geometries and weights are finalized, Ship Constructor monitors and updates the database of the vessel weight and center of gravity.

Once all of the details of the design have been worked out, our engineers will give Ship Constructor the commands to export traditional 2-D construction drawings as well as actual pieces and parts for the structure to literally be assembled as a kit at the yard or remote site. Workers are provided with drawings that are the road maps to correctly assemble the pieces that have been delivered to them.
