The Stolkraft's tri-hulled forebody and amidships step allows lubricating air to be introduced under the boat simply by its forward motion. This significantly reduces frictional drag and provides speed/power/fuel characteristics far superior to catamarans and monohulls. The Stolkraft's twin-hulled aftbody and recess, channels and dissipates energy - providing the most minimal levels of wake/wash. This unique hull form allows Stolkraft vessels to come onto plane quickly and evenly, to achieve high speeds with less installed power, to maintain speed in rough weather, and to produce almost no wake/wash.
