Swift Dam Floating Surface Collector

Art Anderson Associates (AAA) is working with Black and Veatch to engineer a floating surface collector (FSC) to provide safe passage for juvenile salmon swimming downstream along the Lewis River, south of Mt. St. Helens. AAA is providing naval architecture services for the FSC barge, in addition to providing the moorage and access design in a reservoir with over 100-foot fluctuations in water level.
