Art Anderson Associates has been assisting clients nationwide in evaluating existing or potential ferry routes, implementing new ferry transportation plans, and in improving the efficiency of existing ferry services. By examining the market, business, geographic, and environmental conditions, we can optimize a service now in operation and provide the correct level of assistance required to implement a new service. We can assist the client in obtaining a complete turnkey operation including vessel, terminal and pier design, and construction management, or simply in providing conceptual level recommendations and cost analyses for routes, facilities, and existing vessel designs that will best fulfill the system needs. We are proud that we have prepared design studies, owner's requirements, and implementation plans for the successful, on-going ferry operations in Alameda and Vallejo, California, the Puget Sound in Washington State, and Woods Hole, Massachusetts.
